If your laser machine lens in the use of time after the emergence of the film, metal splashes, dents, scratches and other phenomena will be its function greatly reduced, so the normal function of the laser cutting machine needs timely replacement New lens. Then the laser lens installation we need to pay attention to the following:

1. Take the lens must wear a finger or rubber gloves, because the hands of dirt and oil droplets can stain the lens, causing performance degradation.

2. Do not use any tools to take lenses, such as tweezers and so on.

3. The lens should be placed on the lens paper to avoid damage.

4. Do not put the lens on a rough or hard surface, infrared lenses can easily be scratched.

5. Pure gold or pure copper surface do not clean and touch.

Laser lens cleaning precautions:

1. Use the air ball to blow off the surface of the lens. Note: Do not use the factory's compressed air, because it contains a lot of water and oil, oil and water will form a harmful absorption film on the surface of the film.

2. With acetone, alcohol wet cotton swab or cotton ball, gently scrub the surface, be careful not to scrub hard. Swipe across the surface as quickly as possible to help the liquid evaporate without leaving streaks. Note: 1) A cotton swab with a paper handle and a high quality surgical tampon. 2) Reagent grade acetone or propanol is recommended.

3. Moderately Clean Medium Contaminants (Saliva, Oil Drops) Use a white vinegar to moisten a swab or cotton ball, scrub the surface with a small amount of force, and wipe excess white vinegar with a dry cotton swab. Then immediately with acetone wet cotton swabs or cotton balls, gently wipe the surface to remove residual acetic acid. Note: 1) cotton swabs with paper handles only 2) high quality surgical tampons 3) recommended concentration of 6% acetic acid.

For very dirty lenses and front cleaning invalid lenses. If the film is erased, the lens loses its function. The obvious color change indicates the peeling off of the film.

Strongly clean heavily contaminated lenses (splashes) For those extremely contaminated lenses, we use a polishing paste to remove these contaminants. Shake the polishing paste, drip 4-5 drops onto the cotton ball, and then gently on the lens to make a circumferential movement. Do not push the ball down, cotton balls have enough weight. If you use too much pressure, polishing paste will soon scratch the surface. Flip the lens frequently to avoid over-polishing in one direction. Polishing time should be controlled within 30 seconds. Any time, find the color change, stop polishing immediately, indicating that the outer layer is being eroded. No polishing paste can use toothpaste.

2. Wet a new cotton ball with distilled water, gently wipe the lens surface, wet the lens to the full, as much as possible to remove residual polishing paste. Be careful not to let the lens surface become dry, it will be difficult to remove the remaining polishing paste.

3. Rapidly moisten a lint swab with propanol and gently clean the entire lens surface to remove as much residual polishing paste as possible. Note: If the lens is more than 2 inches in diameter, use a cotton ball instead of a cotton swab to perform this procedure.

4. Apply a fluffy cotton swab with acetone and gently clean the lens surface. Remove the last step leaving the polishing paste and propanol. When using acetone for final cleaning, the swab gently wipes the lens over and over, straightening the entire surface of the straight path. On the last scrub, slowly move the swab to ensure that the acetone on the surface dries quickly. This will eliminate the streaks on the lens surface.

5 clean lens test The final step is to carefully examine the lens surface in the sun, black background. If you find that there are residual polishing paste can be repeated until it is completely removed. Note: There are some types of contamination or damage that can not be removed, such as metal splashes, dents, and so on. If you find that the lens is so polluting or damaging, you need to refit or replace the new lens.
